Scallops are a good source of cystine, a sulfur-containing amino acid that helps form healthy skin, hair, bones and connective tissue. Cantaloupe is one of the richest melons in vitamin C. Vitamin C is crucial for the production of collagen that maintains healthy bones and cartilage. In addition, Swiss chard is one of the most powerful anti-cancer foods due to its combination of traditional nutrients.
