Caregivers Support Group
Caregivers meet from 10:30 a.m. to noon on the first Wednesday of each month to share problem-solving techniques with other caregivers. Meetings are held in the Cowden Center on the campus of John C. Interstitial Cystitis Support Group
People who suffer from this chronic bladder condition meet from 2 to 4 p.m. on the second Sunday of every month. Meetings are held in the North Dining Room on the first floor of John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital (see map). For more information, call the Cowden Center at (602) 870-6300.
Mended Hearts
People who have experienced a heart attack or other heart-related problem meet to learn information and share support. The meeting is from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month from September through May. (There are no meetings in June, July or August.) Meetings are held on the 4th floor conference room 1, Deer Valley Medical Office Building 1, 19841 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix. (see map). For more information, call (623) 879-5765.
Stroke Support Group
The group meets from 10 a.m. to noon every Monday, except holidays, to share coping skills and information on treatment therapies. Meetings are held in the Cowden Center on the campus of John C.
