Dr. Cerato is a Pennsylvania native. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1982, and completed his family practice residency at Hospital of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Cerato served as an urgent care physician in Pennsylvania and in private practice in both Pennsylvania and Arizona before joining the John C. Lincoln Health Network in 2001. He practiced family medicine at Deer Valley Family Practice before joining Deer Valley Medical.

Dr. Cerato is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. He is on staff at John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital.

In 2006, Dr. Cerato was named "Physician of the Year" by John C. Lincoln Health Network.

Dr. Eng earned a doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy in 1977 and then completed his doctor of osteopathy degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1980. He completed his internship at Phoenix General Hospital and began his private practice in Glendale, Arizona.

In addition to 20 years of serving patients, Dr. Eng has served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Osteopathic Medicine for the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific since 1984, and in that same position for Midwestern University's Arizona Osteopathic School of Medicine since 1996.

Dr. Eng is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He is on staff at several Valley hospitals, including John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital.

Dr. Lees received his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1982. He completed his family practice internship at Phoenix General Hospital in 1983.

Dr. Lees practiced family medicine in the Valley for over 25 years before joining Deer Valley Medical.

Dr. Lees is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. His professional affiliations include American Osteopathic Association, Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association, American College of General Practitioners in Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery and American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine.

Dr. Lees is on staff at John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital.

A Kansas native, Dr. Wheat received his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1978 and completed his internship at Phoenix General Hospital. He began his family practice in Phoenix in 1979.

Dr. Wheat is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. His professional affiliations include Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association, American Osteopathic Medical Association, and American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Wheat also serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor, Division of Clinical Education, at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Wheat is on staff at several Valley hospitals, including John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital.

Ms. Bolyog is a graduate of St. Joseph's School of Nursing and received her master's degree in Community Health Nursing from Arizona State University in 1996.

She is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has more than 40 years of nursing experience in the Phoenix and Prescott areas.
