Gargi M. Dwivedi, MD

Dr. Dwivedi is a family physician with a special interest in women's health and preventive care. She is on the staff of both John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital and John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital.

Dr. Dwivedi received her medical degree from Mahatma Gandhi Missions Medical College in Mumbai, India in 1998 and completed her family practice internship at Southern Illinois University in Decatur, Illinois. She completed her family practice residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, where she presented Grand Rounds in Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Dr. Dwivedi is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Shilpa Gujrathi, MD

Shilpa Gujrathi, MD

Dr. Gujrathi specializes in family medicine and providing urgent care to patients. She also has a special interest in women's health.

Dr. Gujrathi is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is on the staff of both John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital and John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital.

After receiving her medical degree from the University of Manitoba's School of Medicine in 1991, Dr. Gujrathi practiced in Canada for four years. She then completed a two-year family medicine residency at the University of Massachusetts and practiced in Boston for three years before moving to Arizona in 2002.

Dr. Gujrathi is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Arizona Academy of Family Physicians.

Luis M. Irizarry, MD

Luis M. Irizarry, MD

Dr. Irizarry completed his Internship in Transitional Medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Beaumont TX in 1994. His residency in family medicine was at Christus St. Joseph Hospital in Houston from July 1998 through June 2001.

Dr. Irizarry is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine. He fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

S. Walter Kmiecik, MD

S. Walter Kmiecik, MD

Dr. Kmiecik is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is on the staff of John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital and John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital, as well as other Valley hospitals.

He received his medical degree from the Medical School of Lodz in Lodz, Poland in 1985. In 1993, Dr. Kmiecik completed a residency in pathology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. He completed his family practice residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Jamaica, New York in 1996.

Dr. Kmiecik is fluent in Polish, German and Russian and has a special interest in adult medicine and geriatrics.

Cedric W. McClinton, MD

Dr. McClinton is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is on the staff of the John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital and John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital, as well as other Valley hospitals.

He graduated first in his class from George Washington University in 1970 and earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia in 1974. After completing his family practice residency in 1977, Dr. McClinton served three years with the U.S. Army's 574th Medical Division in Germany. He relocated to Phoenix in 1981 and entered private practice.

Dr. McClinton is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Arizona Academy of Family Practice, and the Maricopa County Medical Association.

Phillip V. Pileggi, DO

Phillip V. Pileggi, DO

Phillip V. Pileggi, D.O., graduated from the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri in 2000. He completed his residency in 2003 at Baptist Lutheran Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

Upon completion, Dr. Pileggi and his family moved to Arizona. Since the move, his time has been spent in private practice with a special emphasis on urgent care.

Dr. Pileggi is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice and is affiliated with John C. Lincoln Deer Valley and North Mountain Hospitals.

Gary A. Rada, MD

Gary A. Rada, MD

Dr. Rada specializes in family medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is on the staff of John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital and several other Valley hospitals.

A native of Nebraska, Dr. Rada received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical School in 1966. After completing an internship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, he spent two years in the military as a preventive medicine officer before returning to Phoenix to begin his private practice in 1969.

Dr. Rada is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Medical Association, the Maricopa County Medical Society and the College of Medicine Alumni Association in Omaha, Nebraska.

Dr. Rada was featured as a top doctor by the Phoenix magazine in 2009.

Scott B. Sharples, MD

Scott B. Sharples, MD

Dr. Sharples obtained his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas in 2001. He completed his residency at Memorial Hermann Family Practice Residency Program in Houston, Texas in 2004.

Dr. Sharples practiced family medicine within a busy primary care practice in Texas before moving back to Arizona. He has served as principal investigator for Celerion (formerly MDS Pharma Services) in Tempe, Arizona.

Dr. Sharples is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians, Arizona Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association and Society of Clinical Research Associates.

Dr. Sharples enjoys running, hiking, sailing, mountain sports, and relaxing with family and friends in his spare time.

Ms. Kayler-Buchich has a special interest in sports medicine and women's health and is board certified by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is on the staff of both John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital and John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, she received a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. In 2004, she completed an internship in women's health at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello. She also completed an ortho hand and wrist surgical sub specialty internship at The Orthopedic Clinic Association in Phoenix in 2005.

Ms. Kayler-Buchich is a member of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants, the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants, the Association of Family Practice Physician Assistants and the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants.
