For Our Patients


Patients are seen by appointment. Same-day appointments are available for individuals with urgent medical problems. Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment time. We make every effort to stay on time so your wait will be minimal. From time to time, emergencies may arise, which will put us behind schedule. We appreciate your patience during these times.

If you wish to become an established patient with our office, we suggest that you schedule a new patient appointment. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes early for your that initial new patient appointment, to complete necessary paperwork. Please bring your insurance information with you.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you call to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.

Insurance and Payments

Our fees are consistent with those charged by other family practitioners in the area. We participate with many insurance and managed care plans and will bill insurance for our patients who are enrolled in one of these plans.

Payment of co-payments, co-insurance or deductibles, as well as any non-covered services is expected at the time of service. Special arrangements may be made with our billing department when circumstances make it difficult to meet your financial responsibility at the time of your visit.

If you have an HMO insurance and your provider has given you a referral to a specialist, please allow at least 7 business days for us to process your referral. You will be notified either by mail or phone that your referral has been authorized.

If you have PPO insurance, you do not need a referral and can schedule your appointment on your own. If you change insurance, please notify us immediately.
