Claire Bowey, MD

Dr. Bowey earned her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, Arizona. She completed her family practice residency training at Stanislaus Medical Center, University of California Davis Affiliate in Modesto, California.

Prior to joining Arcadia Family Clinic, Dr. Bowey was in private practice in Phoenix. She also has extensive experience of family medicine residency teaching. Dr. Bowey developed and directed Cervical Dysplasia and Colposcopy Clinic at Maricopa Public Health Department in Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Bowey's special skills include obstetrical ultrasound, colposcopy and LEEP. She is board certified in family practice and a member of Arizona Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and Society for Teachers in Family Medicine.

Dr. Bowey was featured as one of 2009 Top Doctors in the Phoenix magazine. She is fluent in Spanish.

Jackie I. Doris, MD

Jackie I. Doris, MD

Dr. Doris has been practicing family medicine in the Valley since 1996 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. She is on the staff of John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital.

Becoming a physician was a natural choice for Dr. Doris because it provided an opportunity for her to combine her interest in medical science with her desire to work closely with people. She graduated from Birmingham Medical School in England in 1988 and practiced in England until 1992 before relocating to the United States.

Dr. Doris is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine. She is fluent in Polish.

James F. Doris, MD

A native of England, Dr. Doris has been practicing family medicine in the Valley since 1995 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is on the staff of John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital.

Dr. Doris graduated from Birmingham Medical School in England in 1987 and received post-graduate degrees in child health in 1990 and obstetrics and gynecology in 1991. After completing his family practice residency in 1992, he relocated to the United States.

Dr. Doris' favorite aspect of family practice is being able to develop personal relationships not only with individual patients, but with entire families. Dr. Doris is fluent in Spanish.

Kristin Shealey, MD

Kristin Shealey, MD

Dr. Shealey is an Arizona native and specializes in family medicine. She treats patients of all ages and believes patient participation is key for early detection of health problems.

A Dean's Scholar at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine in 1998, Dr. Shealey completed her residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in 2001. She served as deputy chief clinic director at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center before joining Arcadia Family Clinic in 2005.

Dr. Shealey is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians and is a member of the Association of American Indian Physicians and the American Medical Association. She has published articles on cardiovascular care and family medicine, and is a member of the medical staff at John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital.

John V. Woellner, MD

John V. Woellner, MD

Dr. Woellner has more than 20 years of experience caring for patients and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He treats patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.

After graduating from the University of Cincinnati Medical School in 1979, Dr. Woellner moved to Phoenix to begin his residency in family medicine. He entered private practice in 1982.
