At John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital, providing our patients with the highest quality of care is always our number one priority. But we also recognize how difficult it can be for family and friends to have a loved one in the hospital. That is why we make every effort to make sure our guests and visitors are comfortable by offering many amenities that make coming to John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital a little more pleasant.

Visiting Information

At John C. Lincoln, patients have the right to receive any visitor whom he or she designates at any time.

Visitors can be a spouse, a domestic partner, another family member or friend, and patients also have the right to withdraw consent to visit at any time.

Flu Season Note: A difficult flu season is predicted this year by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Our patients enjoy your visits, but during flu season, please consider staying home if you are ill to help prevent the spread of infection to already vulnerable patients, including your loved ones, as well as other visitors and staff.

Parking

In order to better serve you, free valet parking is available at the hospital's front entrance from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Smoking, Tobacco Products Prohibited

On Sept. 1, 2010, John C. Lincoln Health Network became tobacco-free. No tobacco or smoking products are permitted on any of the Network's properties inside and outside, including parking areas. The policy affects all patients, visitors, physicians and employees. Learn more about this policy.

Translation Services

Language is not a barrier to receiving quality care, so we provide a service called the Language Line. We also have Spanish Language translators available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A TDD line is also available for the hearing impaired. If you or a family member would like to use these services during your stay, please ask your nurse.

Located off the main hospital lobby to the west, the Spiritual Center offers a place for quiet reflection and is always open for our patients, guests and visitors.
