The Mission Lane Townhomes will be DMNR's first "green" project. It will consist of 42 energy efficient units constructed of environmentally responsible materials and will utilize xeriscape principles that save water while creating a lush and colorful landscape.
The project will also be a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified development. LEED is a leading-edge system for designing, constructing and certifying the world's greenest and best buildings.
