How to Apply for a Volunteer Opportunity with John C. Lincoln
We appreciate your interest in volunteering at a John C. Lincoln Hospital. To apply, please fill out one of the interest forms below. Your query will be sent directly to the hospital you're applying to.

Application Instructions
- Complete one of the interest forms listed above
- Once we receive your completed interest form, we will email or mail you a volunteer application, which we'll ask you to complete
- Schedule an interview with the Volunteer Services department
- Attend a new volunteer orientation, offered during day or evening hours
- Complete a tuberculosis screening, which a John C. Lincoln hospital will conduct for free
Who May Volunteer
Year-round volunteer opportunities are available for adults (ages 18 and older) at both campuses.
Teen opportunities at the Deer Valley hospital are available year-round for those 14 years of age and older. Teen opportunities at the North Mountain campus are available in the summer for teens 13 years of age who have completed 7th grade and older.
- A minimum three-month commitment is requested, but six months or more is preferred
- A regular schedule is required for many positions. (weekly or every other week)
- Adult volunteers are required to purchase a uniform jacket
- Teen volunteers are required to purchase a JCL logo polo shirt uniform
- Parental consent is required to participate in the teen volunteer program
