Vogel Condos
DMNR’s next housing project is the 12-unit Vogel Condos consisting of two- and three-bedroom units with an attached garage and located at 13th and Vogel avenues, in Sunnyslope.
Sunnyslope is a picturesque community nestled in the foothills of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve in north central Phoenix. Despite being located in the middle of a large metropolitan area, Sunnyslope maintains a unique, small town atmosphere and displays a monumental sense of caring and generosity.

The 13th Ave. and Vogel Condos offer convenient access to employment, services, education, day care, bus lines, parks and recreational facilities, and are close to the free SMART neighborhood circulator route. The condos come complete with all kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer.
The 12 homes will be sold to buyers whose family income is below 80 percent of the median Arizona income. It’s anticipated that the 30-year fixed rate mortgage payment on smallest unit will be $750/month. State and city subsidies based on need can help make homes more affordable.
