For Physicians
A growing health care organization, John C. Lincoln Health Network encompasses hospitals, physician practices and a network of community service programs. The honor and privilege of serving the people of North Phoenix has guided our mission since 1927.
We have been recognized locally and nationally for excellence in nursing care, business ethics, community service and employee satisfaction. Our executive team fosters a culture that values communication, teamwork, career development and community service.
In that same spirit, For Physicians is designed expressly for physicians and allied health professionals like you. We invite you to rely on these pages for credentialing information, continuing medical education and professional support.
Credentialing
For physicians and allied health professionals alike, our Credentialing section outlines the process of gaining credentials with our hospitals. You can download the delineation of privileges forms, as well as rules and regulations documents, for your department and specialty. Reference materials include hospital bylaws and fair hearing plans.
Continuing Medical Education
As part of our commitment to serving our community, we host CME lectures and a Trauma Education Series that includes six grand rounds, featuring prominent national speakers, each year. Visit our CME lecture calendar for a complete list of upcoming continuing medical education seminars.
Our Emergency and Level I Trauma Center also hosts a Virtual Broadcast Center, offering free online CME videos from our Trauma Education Series and Trauma Grand Rounds.
Medical Libraries
Each John C. Lincoln hospital offers a staffed medical library, where you can obtain assistance with researching journals, articles, books and online resources. Learn more about our medical libraries.
