Key Satisfaction Ratings Top 96% of Nation's Hospitals
Last fall, we asked employees for their opinions about working at our health network. We had no idea that the results would be, in a word, phenomenal.
To conduct the survey, we asked employee opinion specialists Morehead Associates to determine how John C. Lincoln compares with the nation's leading hospitals and to identify areas in which we can improve.
It turns out that John C. Lincoln ranks well above the national average in every area—overall job satisfaction, benefits, organizational leadership and ongoing training, to name a few.
