Mission Lane Townhomes
The Mission Lane Townhomes will be DMNR’s first “green” project. It will consist of 45 energy efficient units constructed of environmentally responsible materials and will utilize xeriscape principles that save water while creating a lush and colorful landscape.

The project will also be a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified development. LEED is a leading-edge system for designing, constructing and certifying the world’s greenest and best buildings.
The project is expected to include 23 three-bedroom units and 22 four-bedroom units. Construction is expected to begin in 2009.
