Programs We Offer at Lincoln Learning Center
Lincoln Learning Center offers quality early education for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. Our daily schedules consist of age-appropriate activities that are carefully designed to enhance developmental growth — all within a warm and caring environment.
Curriculum content at Lincoln Learning Center integrates key areas of literacy, mathematics, science, technology, creative expression, arts, health and safety, and social studies.
NAEYC Accreditation
Lincoln Learning Center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Fewer than 10% of Arizona early childhood programs are accredited by NAEYC. Our Phoenix learning center supports the characteristics of high quality that are outlined by the NAEYC Academy of Early Childhood Programs.
Our Phoenix, AZ child care center uses Creative Curriculum, a research-based program that helps children become prepared for academic success and lifelong learning. In accordance with NAEYC accreditation guidelines, this curriculum guides teachers to incorporate content, concepts and activities that foster social and emotional, physical, cognitive and language skills.
Infant and Toddler Programs
Many families are surprised to learn that we offer age-appropriate lesson plans for even the youngest of children. Our caring staff understands the importance of building relationships with children as well as plan activities that promote healthy development that includes problem solving, gross and fine motor skills, creative expression and communication beginning as young as 6 weeks. Children are also assessed weekly to ensure that they are reaching their developmental milestones.

Developmental Assessments
Preschool is a critical time to evaluate children to ensure they have the foundational skills and knowledge they need to be successful learners. Children ages 3-5 years who are enrolled in Lincoln Learning Center are screened to identify their strengths as well as potential developmental delays. The screenings, valued at $420, are provided at no cost to our children, and are administered by staff of Arizona Literacy and Learning Center. This is paid for through funds from multiple grant sources, such as the Lincoln Guild.
