Delivery Information

• Orders received before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday will be delivered to your loved one's room on the same business day.
• Orders received after 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be delivered the next business day.
• Orders received after 3 p.m. Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered the following Monday.
• We will confirm that your loved one is still a patient in our hospital before processing your order. If your loved one has been discharged, you will be notified via e-mail that we were unable to process your order. We regret that we cannot make deliveries to a patient's home or other locations.
• Please note that for medical reasons, live plants and flowers are not permitted in Critical Care Unit and Intensive Care Unit rooms.
