Desert Mission Food Bank offers help to the hungry and those in need of nutritional support. Food bank services and programs assist our most vulnerable neighbors by providing food for more than 1,500 families each month.

Our mission is to provide emergency food assistance in a dignified and respectful manner to all individuals and families within our community.

Ways You Can Help

  • Donate Money: Your gift to Desert Mission Food Bank will help put food in the mouth of a hungry child. Even small donations make huge differences. Simply make an online donation through our secure server. For more information about making a donation, call the John C. Lincoln Health Foundation at 623-434-6255.
  • Hold a Food and Essentials Drive: Food and Essentials drives assist us in providing emergency food and basic toiletry items to individuals and families who are struggling. Food and items that are most often needed include:
  • Baby food/formula
 
  • Peanut butter
  • Canned meats
 
  • Vegetables
  • Diapers
 
  • Soap/shampoo
  • Deodorant
 
  • Razors
  • Toilet paper
