Our residents receive competitive salaries, which are adjusted annually. Residents are full-time, exempt employees of the John C. Lincoln Health Network.

Resident Provisions
- 2 personalized lab coats and 5 pairs of scrubs annually
- Educational funds of $1,000 per academic year
- Funds can be used to pay for association fees in excess of what is covered, state licensing, books, conferences, ABOFP boards/travel expenses, PDAs, electronics and osteopathic practices and principles tables
- Coverage for dues and fees including: AOA, Arizona Osteopathic Board Resident Registration Permit and COMLEX III
- Smart phones utilizing TREO 750s
- Meals when visiting the hospital (for patient care, lectures, etc.)
- 15 days of vacation each year; Third-year residents receive an additional 5 education days
- BLS and ACLS certification (provided twice during residency, certification is a requirement of the program)
- Residents choosing to incorporate obstetrical procedures into their training also receive funding for the ALSO course
- Annual grant funding through the procedural institute
