Visiting Hours

Visiting hours for patients at John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital extend from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with exceptions or restrictions dependent on each patient's conditions and needs. Visitors are greeted in the main hospital lobby by hospital volunteers, who can provide information and directions to help guests find the patients they came to visit.

Smoking Area

For the health and safety of everyone, there is no smoking allowed within 75 feet of any of the entrances to the hospital and no smoking or weapons are allowed inside any John C. Lincoln Health Network facility. There is an outdoor patio located north of the cafeteria on the hospital's lower level where smoking is permitted.

Gift Shop

Order online

Our volunteers operate the hospital's Gift Shop, which offers flowers, gifts, cards, magazines and sundries that may be needed by patients or visitors. The Gift Shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. You are welcome to visit the Gift Shop in person, place an order online or call (623) 879-5285 during the above hours.

Security

To ensure a safe environment, security officers patrol the entire hospital, 24 hours a day. A security escort is available 24 hours a day to take you to your car. Simply dial 0 from a hospital phone to request an escort or security assistance.

Where To Eat

The hospital has a cafeteria on the lower level that is open on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and from midnight to 2 a.m. On weekends, the cafeteria is open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m.

An assortment of beverages, snacks and desserts are available during all cafeteria hours. In addition, hot entrees are available from 6 to 10 a.m., 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 6:30 p.m. during weekdays, and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. on weekends.

More than a dozen restaurants and fast food outlets that provide a range of dining options are also located within a mile of the hospital.
