Map and directions

Children without health insurance often miss out on the vaccines, wellness checkups and other basic services from healthcare providers who help youngsters grow to be healthy adults.

But there is someplace parents can turn for the care their child needs: John C. Lincoln Children's Health Services.

At Children's Health Services, all of our healthcare practitioners strive to provide excellent primary pediatric health care to children from birth to age 18, including:

  • Routine exams
  • Immunizations
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses such as colds, ear infections and sore throats

In addition to treating patients at office visits, Children's Health Services also provides care to children at several schools in the Washington Elementary School District as part of the John C. Lincoln Elementary School Health Program.

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please call Children's Health Services at 602-331-5779.

Fees

We provide services at a discounted fee, based on a family's income or ability to pay. Our staff also works with families to determine if they are eligible for healthcare assistance programs and helps them apply for enrollment. In addition, Children's Health Services accepts some AHCCCS plans.

How We're Funded

Donations from private individuals, groups and corporations keep the doors of Children's Health Services open and keep the program in the elementary schools up and running. Thanks to the generosity of many, nearly 10,000 children have benefited from our services, both at our office and in the elementary schools.
