Time Off
You work hard, and you deserve to enjoy time off! John C. Lincoln Health Network offers employees the following paid time off benefits:
Earned Time (ET)
Employees begin accruing ET on their first day of work, and they can start to use their ET after 90 days of employment. ET is used for vacation days, personal days, sick days and holidays. Employees may bank up to a maximum of 320 hours of ET during their first five years of employment. Earned time is accrued at rates that vary based on location, position, and years of employment at John C. In most cases, full-time employees can accrue up to 22 working days of earned time during a 12-month period of time.
Jury Duty
Employees are eligible immediately upon hire for income protection while serving on a jury. Benefit-eligible employees will receive their regular pay for jury duty, in addition to any compensation paid by the court.
Bereavement Leave
Employees are eligible immediately upon hire to receive up to three days' leave for the death of an immediate family member.
Military Leave
Employees are eligible immediately upon hire for time away for military duty as required by law.
