Retirement Plans
It's important to plan for the future. John C. Lincoln Health Network helps employees do just that by offering two retirement plan options. Eligible employees have the option of participating in one or both of the plans.
401(k)
Eligible employees can enroll in the 401(k) plan. Employees may set aside up to the IRS maximum of their pre-tax pay into the 401(k). John C. Lincoln Health Network will match dollar for dollar, up to 4.5 percent of the participating employee's eligible pay period earnings.
Deferred Compensation Plans 403(b)
Employees are eligible immediately upon hire and may contribute up to a combined total of $15,500 in 401(k) and 403(b) plans.
