Caring for a senior family member may lead to feelings of isolation—for your family member and for yourself. The professional staff at John C. Lincoln Adult Day Health Care Center is available to welcome you and your loved one into a setting that is friendly, pleasant and stimulating.
Adult Day Health Care provides participants with a safe place where they feel a sense of belonging. Here, people have dignity. They are afforded independence and freedom to choose.
In addition to providing a rest for you, the caregiver, our Center offers your loved one a protected, active environment that includes health monitoring by a registered nurse.

Adult Day Health Care Activities
Participants at John C. Lincoln Adult Day Health Care Center take part in a variety of interesting activities every day, ranging from discussion groups and photography classes to ceramics and bowling. Many days also feature fun themes, such as ice cream social day and western day.

The Center also offers the following:
- Monthly off-site activities, including trips to museums, restaurants and shopping
- Door-to-door transportation
- Social services and counseling for caregiver and enrolled family member
- Personal care and hygiene, as needed
