  • Awards and accreditations included John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital and John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital both named as Quest 2011 Top Performing Hospitals and as Heart Failure Centers. North Mountain was accredited as a Primary Stroke Center by DNV Healthcare, an international certifying agency approved by the US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Deer Valley was named a Blue Distinction Center for Knee and Hip Replacement by Blue Cross Blue Shield.
  • Our network encompassed 1,111 physicians and 3,849 employees. Our 1,902 volunteers provided 194,491 hours of service in our hospitals and Desert Mission programs.
  • Deer Valley Hospital accommodated more than 48,000 inpatient and outpatient days and almost 75,000 visits to its Emergency Department for adults and to its 24/7 Children's Emergency Department, Mendy's Place.
  • North Mountain Hospital accommodated almost 72,000 inpatient and outpatient days and provided trauma care to more than 3,000. The Emergency Department had more than 50,000 non-trauma patient visits.
  • Desert Mission Food Bank distributed more than 36,000 emergency food boxes to members of our community. Community Health Center had almost 4,000 patient visits.
  • John C. Lincoln Health Foundation distributed more than $5.8 million to John C. Lincoln programs and services and the community, after seeing gifts nearly double in 2011 compared to 2010.
